Here are five easy steps to take to get the most out of your efforts:
1. Complete the assessment of the Focus Factors to see what your priorities are within SSI.
2. Review the training /exercise videos to see how many of those you need to add to your regular routine. Consider what season it is currently? Off, pre, or in-season.
3. If you have a regular routine – compare what SSI is telling you and how that’s different from what you are already doing.
4. Talk with your coach/trainer about what you have learned and get their feedback on combining SSI with the rest of what you are doing regularly
5. Get going. You should revisit this from time-to-time to check your progress and make adjustments as you go.
